<p>The Department for Exiting the European Union’s FOI team is appropriately staffed to make sure the department meets its statutory obligations. Within the past quarter, we responded to 97% of FOI requests within the 20 working day deadline set by the Information Commissioner's Office. As recruitment to the department is still ongoing we are not in a position to give a final total for particular groups of staff.</p><p> </p>
