It is currently developing the tools and approaches to undertake monitoring and evaluation activities. This includes consideration of approaches to assess the environmental impacts of FTAs.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for International Trade will publish an ex-post evaluation for the UK-Australia agreement within 5 years of entry into force of the agreement.</p> more like this

This will not change when the UK leaves the EU.</p><p>DIT will continue to contribute trade policy expertise to input into DExEU’s preparations and negotiations with the EU.</p><p>We want the UK to have the greatest possible tariff and barrier-free trade with our European neighbours and also to be able to negotiate our own trade agreements around the world.</p> more like this
