answer text <p>The aviation sector is crucial to the UK’s economy and businesses across the industry that are experiencing difficulties have been able to draw from the unprecedented package of support, including around £8bn for the air transport sector since the start of the pandemic.</p><p> </p><p>The travel and tourism industries are also crucial to the UK economy, and that is why we have provided support of over £35 billion to the tourism, leisure and hospitality sectors in the form of grants, loans and tax breaks.
