The data that is being asked to collect is personal data and must be handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect the privacy of your staff, customers and visitors.</p><p>Personal data that is collected for NHS Test and Trace, which organisations would not collect in their usual course of business, must be used only to share with NHS Test and Trace. We regularly engage with industry and other stakeholders on the development of the energy system, for example through Ofgem’s RIIO price control process.</p><p> </p><p>Network companies also engage with industry and other stakeholders in developing future energy scenarios and network system plans. In the Queen’s Speech we announced our intention to bring forward an Employment Bill. Ofgem, as the independent energy regulator, have responsibility for matters relating to gas network charging.
