Contracts for Difference Budgets are determined on a round by round basis based on requirements set out in the Energy Act 2013. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2023 answer text <p>Through government funding to local authorities, including the Local Government Finance Settlement, UK-wide growth funding schemes and other grant programmes, the Government is enabling local areas to tackle net zero goals in ways that best suit their needs.</p><p>The Government also funds five Local Net Zero Hubs to support local authorities to develop net zero projects and attract commercial investment. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2022 answer text <p>The Government is committed to minimising energy costs for businesses and consumers.</p><p> </p><p>The precise bill impact of Allocation Round 4 (AR4) will be dependent on future wholesale electricity prices, which remain uncertain. Although difficult to predict with certainty, the Government expects AR4 to have a relatively small impact on household bills.
