answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2020 answer text <p>The Liverpool Community Health Investigation was launched in June 2019 and work has begun. The <del class="ministerial">Inquiry</del> <ins class="ministerial">Investigation </ins>comprises three Stages.
