This is a matter for NHS England. No decisions have been made regarding NHS England’s Congenital Heart Disease service change proposals. NHS England has advised that they intend to publish the independent report regarding the consultation responses in full, and they anticipate that the report will be published alongside the papers provided to the NHS England Board to enable it to reach its commissioning decisions.
