Where necessary, the practice can use its address to register the patient.</p><p>Whilst an individual’s National Health Service number might be used for administration purposes, it is not a pre-requisite to be offered the COVID-19 vaccine. For those not registered with a GP, NHS regional teams, working with various local systems, will contact those individuals to ensure they are offered the vaccine.
