<p>Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the HTS-affiliated so-called Syrian Salvation Government retain influence over parts of Idlib province. However, given the fluid situation and the often limited extent of governance on the ground, it is not possible to provide a reliable estimate for territorial control.</p>
