answer text <p>Salary in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is determined by a range of factors including grade, performance, and length of time in employment. The latest data on average salaries of FCO staff by gender and grade are set out below and can be found in the FCO Diversity and Equality report, which was published in April 2014 and based on data for 2013.
