<p>The UK is committed to the principle that there must be no impunity for perpetrators of genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes. Prosecution decisions are taken independently of Government.</p><p>We do not currently have plans to conduct a formal review of the range of legislation that relates to this policy area.</p>
