answer text <p>There are currently no plans to change in line with inflation the upper limit for membership fees for tax relief in relation to membership fees for Community Amateur Sports Clubs. The current level was set following consultation.</p><p>Participating clubs within the scheme benefit from a range of tax reliefs, normally only available to charities, including on income, property and, importantly, business rates.</p> more like this

HMRC has risk assessed all of the companies named and as a result 781 are either subject to or awaiting further investigation. The rest have been risk assessed as requiring no further action. Whether the rates for further years are announced alongside this will be decided as part of the Budget process, as will any potential changes in the rates.
