We plan to continue to offer in 2019 the four simplified farm wildlife packages that we have made available in 2018. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/06/2018 answer text <p>The analysis to support the estimated £17-20 billion figure was published in a letter by the Chief Executive of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs to the Treasury Select Committee on 5 June, 2018.</p><p> </p><p>The government is considering two approaches to a future customs relationship with the EU: a ‘new customs partnership’ and a ‘highly streamlined customs arrangement’. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/06/2018 answer text <p>We are working closely with the Home Office as they seek to develop a new immigration framework that recognises the needs of the UK as a whole, to ensure that the UK has a controlled but flexible migration policy and considers access to seasonal agricultural labour.</p><p> </p><p>Until we have left the EU, employers in the agricultural and food processing sectors can continue to recruit EU workers to meet their labour needs.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also commissioned the independent Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to assess the role that EU citizens play in the UK economy and society, and how to align future immigration framework with modern industrial strategy. An adequate network of abattoirs throughout England is important for supporting livestock production, and we are aware of the decline in their numbers over recent years. This is a result of consolidation in the retail sector and a drive for greater efficiency and higher meat hygiene standards in abattoirs. These are commercial considerations outside of the Government’s control. The Government is nevertheless keen that an appropriate network of abattoirs continues to support sustainable livestock production.
