This has been demonstrated through studies including the <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/905062/S0628_NERVTAG_Assessment_of_transmission_of_COVID-19_through_musical_events.pdf" target="_blank">NERVTAG</a> and <a href="https://chemrxiv.org/articles/preprint/Comparing_the_Respirable_Aerosol_Concentrations_and_Particle_Size_Distributions_Generated_by_Singing_Speaking_and_Breathing/12789221" target="_blank">PERFORM studies</a>.</p><p>However, in some circumstances, people cannot do their work activity effectively while wearing a face covering. Youth work is varied, with many factors regarding the group and programme influencing appropriate provision in any area.</p><p>DCMS funds the National Youth Agency to support the youth workforce to deliver safe services, through setting professional standards, qualifications and a curriculum for youth work. The review heard from over 6,000 young people and 120 youth organisations. The findings will be published shortly. DCMS is also committed to completing the review of the Local Authority Statutory Duty for Youth Services, previously paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic.</p><p>Our priority in the pandemic has been to stabilise youth charities and help them through the impact of this. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2021 answer text <p>Following the 2021 Spending Review, we are investing £560 million in youth services in England over the next three years, including the Youth Investment Fund and ongoing support for the National Citizen Service.</p><p>Access to youth facilities is not felt equally, with young people in many parts of the country struggling to gain access to them.
