answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/02/2019 answer text <p>As a result of negotiations between the UK and the EU, the Political Declaration includes a commitment to promote security and stability in cyberspace through increased international cooperation, including participating in certain activities of the Cooperation Group. In the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal, shared threats to cyber security will remain. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2018 answer text <p>Under the Regulations made earlier this year to implement the Security of Networks and Information Systems Directive (016/1148) and improve the security and resilience of the UK to Cyber Threats, Competent Authorities in the UK are required to identify the operators of essential services with an establishment on UK territory by 9 November 2018.
