The Scottish Government has been funded a further £20 Milllion in 2014 to connect more Scottish households, but has failed even to open procurement. The consultation was sent to over a hundred individuals, organisations and businesses with an interest in the event ticketing market, including cultural and sporting event organisers, consumer groups and primary and secondary ticketing agencies. This money is being matched by the Big Lottery Fund to create an £80million investment in young people.
