Service (HMCTS) (formerly the Tribunals Service Immigration and Asylum (TSIA)), consists
of the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber
(FTTIAC and UTIAC). This replaced the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) on 15
February 2010. All figures for appeals determined are cases dealt with by Immigration
