answer text <p>The new social media hub is hosted within the Metropolitan Police Service and is a new hub under the National Police Chiefs Council banner that builds on the lessons learnt from MPS’ Operation Domain.</p><p>The hub will initially look to target the highest harm gangs in London. The hub will be formally established early next year, when it will engage with other forces in England and Wales as the concepts and tools are developed, in order to build capabilities nationally and share best practice approaches to tackling online violent content.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The UK has a proud history of providing protection to those who need it and this Government is committed to delivering a fair and humane asylum system.</p><p>Whilst the Government has not assessed the effect on the mental health of asylum seekers of extended periods without employment, our current policy is consistent with EU law and permits asylum seekers to work, in jobs on the Shortage Occupation List, if they have been waiting for a decision on their claim for 12 months or more and the delay is through no fault of their own. We are tackling delays in decision-making and have plans in place to improve the speed at which outstanding claims are decided.</p><p>It is important to focus on providing support for those who are recognised as refugees, to help them to integrate and find employment, so that they can rebuild their lives here.</p> more like this

answer text <p>A wide range of synthetic cannabinoids are misleadingly supplied under the street names Black Mamba and Spice.</p><p>We recognise how dangerous these drugs can be. That is why we acted to control this group of substances as class B drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and give the police the powers they need to take action, including making possession illegal and making longer sentences for dealers possible.</p><p>Following two previous changes to legislation, the most recent controls for 'third generation' synthetic cannabinoids came into effect in December 2016 on the advice of the Advisory Council of the Misuse of drugs. As with all controlled drugs we will continue to monitor the impact of these controls.</p> more like this
