answer text <p>The flood impacted 501 immigration applications. All customers impacted were advised that their individual application was involved in the incident. Once the impact of the flood had been dealt with the applications were handled under our normal casework procedures and checks. To date 468 of the applications have been completed. The remaining 33 applications are still under consideration.</p> more like this

The table below contains published statistics for the last five football seasons, detailing the total number of extant football banning orders and the number of new football banning orders imposed. Ben Emmerson QC resigned as counsel to the Inquiry on 29 September 2016.</p><p>The Home Secretary has received no correspondence from Counsel to the Inquiry relating to the conduct of either Dame Lowell or Mr Emmerson between the dates of their appointment to the Inquiry and the dates of their departure.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner has a remit to encourage good practice in the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of modern slavery offences and in the identification of victims.</p><p>This can include encouraging good practice among businesses. It is for the Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner to determine how to carry out this work.</p><p>He made ‘private sector engagement to encourage supply chain transparency’ one of his five priorities in his Strategic Plan for 2015-2017 and reported on progress in his first annual report, which was published on 12 October.</p> more like this

answer text <p>All potential victims of modern slavery receive intensive and specialist support for a minimum of 45 days, plus a further 14 days if they are conclusively found to be a victim to assist with their return home, their reintegration into society or their transfer to mainstream support.</p><p>This level of support means that the UK is exceeding its obligations under Article 12 of the European Convention on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings (ECAT). The Government is piloting changes to aspects of the National Referral Mechanism and we will consider whether changes to existing arrangements are needed once the pilot has been evaluated.</p> more like this
