It is not an application route for transfer to the UK. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/01/2018 answer text <p>The Dublin III Regulation is a long-standing EU agreement to determine responsibility for examining an asylum application. It does not cover those who have been determined as refugees. We are committed to ensuring transfers take place quickly.
