That is why we worked with the police, industry and other partners last autumn to develop a comprehensive action plan to tackle them.</p><p>Figures from the Metropolitan Police show that this, together with an adapted operational and tactical response by the police, has resulted in a 32% reduction in the theft of mopeds, motorbikes and scooters in the year to March 2019 and a 52% reduction in these items being used in crime for the same period.</p> answering member constituency Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner answering member printed Mr Nick Hurd question first answered 29/05/2019 12:05:58 answering member 1561 label Biography information for Mr Nick Hurd

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2019 answer text <p>The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced two measures that give communities and victims an input into policies and approaches on tackling anti-social behaviour. They are the Community Trigger and the Community Remedy.</p><p>The Community Trigger, also known as the anti-social behaviour case review, gives victims of persistent anti-social behaviour the ability to demand a formal case review (where a locally defined threshold is met), in order to determine whether there is further action which can be taken. Any individual, community or business can make an application for a case review, and the relevant bodies must carry out a case review if the threshold is met.</p><p>The Community Remedy gives victims of low-level crime and anti-social behaviour a say in the punishment of perpetrators who receive an out of court punishment.</p> answering member constituency Louth and Horncastle answering member printed Victoria Atkins question first answered 07/06/2019 13:19:15 answering member 4399 label Biography information for Victoria Atkins
