answer text <p>The number of visitors to the UK continues to grow, with record levels of visitors expected in 2018. We recognise the importance of the experience at the border for visitors and every effort is made to keep delays at the border to a minimum while always maintaining the security of the UK Border. Over 95% of all passengers seeking entry at Heathrow in 2018 have been dealt with within the service level agreements</p><p>Border Force is taking a number of steps to ensure passengers pass through the border at ports including Heathrow as quickly as possible, including through investment in technology and increasing the availability of staff at the busiest times of the day.</p> more like this
