<p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has no role in investigating allegations of Landfill Disposals Tax fraud in Wales. However, HMRC does work collaboratively with the Welsh Revenue Authority and Joint Unit for Waste Crime to discuss and share intelligence to address cross-border issues.</p>
