answer text <p>There is no requirement for organisations within the National Health Service to sign the Hillsborough Charter but, in line with the Government’s response to Bishop James Jones’ review of the Hillsborough families’ experiences, we will encourage the NHS to adopt the Charter and commit to learn the lessons of the Hillsborough disaster.</p> more like this
