answer text <p>‘Powering Up Britain: Net Zero Growth Plan’ sets out how the Government will decarbonise all sectors of the UK economy to meet net zero by 2050. The accompanying ‘Carbon Budget Delivery Plan’ sets out the detail of the package of proposals and policies that will enable legal targets on carbon budgets and net zero to be met. The Government is making good progress on delivering these policies. In transport, the zero-emission vehicle mandate covering new cars and vans sold in Great Britain entered into force in January 2024 and is the world’s most ambitious regulation of its kind.</p><p> </p> more like this
