answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence does not record this data centrally and it could only be provided at disproportionate cost. Internal Departmental guidance is for those conducting Equality Impact Assessments (EIA) to retain them at a local level. There is no legal requirement to record EIAs centrally.</p> more like this
