<p>The contract was awarded in 2015 to Right Management Ltd for a total of 10 years, which includes two potential options to extend (six years + two years + two years format). The first option to extend was exercised in September 2021 and has extended the contract for two years to September 2023. Relet preparations and stakeholder engagement are ongoing and a decision on exercising the further extension option to 2025 will be made in due course.</p>
