Freedom of movement is already extended to Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. For Norway and Iceland, this is because they are members of the European Economic Area (EEA) and for Switzerland, this is because it is part of the single market. Regarding the other countries mentioned, no estimates have been made in relation to the possible scenario described.
