answer text <p>We are working with train operators to roll out Delay Repay 15 (DR15) which entitles all passengers, including season ticket holders, who have been delayed by 15-29 minutes to compensation worth 25% of the ticket price.</p><p> </p><p>Today, over 70% of journeys on DfT franchises now have DR15 available to them, including passengers on South Western Railway. This forms part of government’s commitment to significantly improving compensation for passengers when things go wrong.</p><p> </p> more like this
