It applies to anyone with an individual income over %C2%A350,000, who claims Child Benefit or whose partner claims it. The charge increases gradually for taxpayers with incomes between %C2%A350,000 and %C2%A360,000.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E %3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe Government believes these are currently the correct level for the HICBC thresholds, but as with all elements of tax policy this remains under review as part of its annual Budget process.%3C/p%3E
