answer text <p>In total 148 areas submitted agreed Better Care Fund (BCF) plans by 11 September 2017 in line with the Planning Requirements for the BCF in 2017-2019. Two areas were not been able to agree their BCF plans for the deadline. These two plans were submitted on 29 September and 13 October 2017.</p> more like this
