<p>In February 2017, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) announced plans for a comprehensive review of the UK Corporate Governance Code, and delivery of this review implements part of the Government’s wider Corporate Governance Reform package announced in August 2017. The FRC’s public consultation closed on 28 February 2018. Responses are being considered and the FRC is on track to publish an updated Code with supporting guidance in July 2018.</p><p> </p>
