<p>Special advisers are appointed in accordance with the rules on the appointment
of Special Advisers set out in the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010,
and in line with the Ministerial Code and the Special Adviser Code of Conduct.</p><p>A
named list of all special advisers was published in December, as per the Written Ministerial
