<p>In the last Parliament, committees in both Houses agreed a Memorandum of Understanding between Parliament and Post Office Counters Ltd (POCL) to formalise the arrangement under which POCL provide counter services to Parliament. Due to the importance of counter services on the parliamentary estate to Members of both Houses, this agreement provides assurance that the service would not be withdrawn or changed without consultation with and notice to Members.</p>
