<p>The Impact Assessment sets out clearly the rationale for introducing a cap. Analysis of the impact of the Pre-Payment Cap and retail price controls elsewhere will be of most relevance when the methodology for setting the cap is considered by Ofgem, but the Government will consider what might be relevant to include on this at the final legislation stage.</p><p> </p>
