answer text <p>The department do not hold information on the number of farmers who consider themselves potentially eligible for the Basic Payment Scheme in any given year but choose not to claim.</p><p> </p><p>Following the introduction of new eligibility criteria for the Basic Payment Scheme, the number of claims received has reduced by approximately 16% compared to the final year of the Single Payment Scheme in 2014.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
