<p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does not collect data on defendants prosecuted
by specific offence. However, the table below shows the number of offences recorded
in the magistrates' courts for the offence of controlling or coercive behaviour since
its implementation on 29 December 2015. This figure relates to the number of offences
