<p>A named company Director, or designated member in the case of LLPs, must approve the information being provided for the payment practices and performance reporting requirement. It is a criminal offence to knowingly or recklessly publish information that is false or misleading. The Government will investigate any challenges to the accuracy of the information provided, on a case by case basis.</p>
