<p>The Department for Culture, Media and Sport is working closely with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) during this transitional period. The ICO is responsible for providing guidance and advice to individuals and organisations on, amongst other things, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The ICO has issued the attached guidance on its website on how best business prepare for the GDPR.
