<p>The Department for Exiting the European Union is committed to ensuring staff maintain a work-life balance. The department has flexible working policies in place to facilitate this to avoid excess working hours. All overtime is pre-agreed with line managers with 48 hours notice and is managed locally so no central records are held.</p>
