answer text <p>This Government is prioritising high-value investment, particularly in infrastructure and innovation, to drive economic growth and raise productivity. At Autumn Statement, the Chancellor increased the Welsh Government’s capital budget by £436m. This is in addition to the £500m in borrowing powers we committed to three years ago. These measures enable the Welsh Government to invest directly in modernising Wales’ infrastructure for the benefit of people throughout Wales.</p> more like this
