<p>Information on the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) staff employed by Her Majesty's
Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) in the area of enforcement of the payments of

HMCTS function was not created until June 2011. For data purposes prior to that date,
the business code name and hierarchy information has been used to identify staff who
work in enforcement.</p><p> </p><p>This Government takes recovery and enforcement
of financial impositions very seriously and remains committed to finding new ways
to ensure impositions are paid and to trace those who do not pay.</p>
