<p>The Carbon Price Floor is made up of the EU Emissions Trading System carbon price
and the UK Carbon Price Support rates. Table C.3 of the 2015 Budget sets out forecasts
for Exchequer revenue from the Climate Change Levy, including Carbon Price Support,
and from EU Emissions Trading System auction receipts for each year, up to financial
