answer text <p>In July, Ofgem published its framework for evaluating the retail market reforms and will be reporting annually on the progress of competition in the retail markets, including the impact of the retail market reforms. A full review of the package of reforms is planned for 2017.</p><p>The Competition and Markets Authority will be assessing levels of competition in the retail energy markets as part of their Market Investigation into the energy markets.</p> more like this
