<p>Any death on our roads is a tragedy and can lead to unimaginable pain for the families
and relatives of the victims. Judges already have tough sentencing options available
to them but we are continuing to strengthen their options and keep the law in this
area under review.</p><p> </p><p>Offenders given a non-custodial sentence at all courts
for 'Causing death by dangerous driving' in England and Wales for the latest period
