<p> </p><p>The Criminal Law Amendment Act was repealed in respect of England and Wales in 1967. There have been no prosecutions under section 4 of that Act in any of the last four years. Prosecutions are now brought under modernised legislation contained in the Sex Offenders Act 2003.</p>
