The voting systems within the devolved administrations are devolved matters. The principle of cross-community consent applies to matters for which the Northern Ireland Assembly is responsible. This approach to voting on Assembly business is entirely compatible with the Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement and we remain fully committed to that Agreement.
