answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2017 answer text <p><del class="ministerial">Neither my Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State, nor I have had discussions with charities about the impact of these rules on their work.</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">The State aid rules apply to funding given to charities, as they would for any other body, where they are involved in economic activities. The rules are blind as to legal form; rather they are concerned with whether an entity is undertaking economic activities. These auctions allow the market to identify which technology type is cost efficient in delivering security of supply, creating good value outcomes for consumers. Since 2013, each LEP has developed a Strategic Economic Plan for their localities and, between 2015 and 2021, we are devolving over £9 billion of spending through our Growth Deal programme. This will enable each LEP to deliver those plans – creating thousands of jobs as a consequence.</p><p>Local Industrial Strategies will establish new ways of working between national and local leaders in both the public and private sectors, with local authorities continuing to play an integral role in shaping their economies through their contribution to the work of the LEP. We expect each local strategy to be a result of extensive consultation at a local level.</p><p>The launch of the Green Paper, ‘Building our Industrial Strategy’, in January 2017, commenced an extensive period of consultation, capturing feedback to inform the development of the White Paper. Over 97% of active companies have filed PSC information.</p><p>Compliance is Companies House’s primary aim, rather than prosecution. It is taking action to ensure that all companies on the active register report their PSC information. Where companies do not move to comply, Companies House will consider what further action to take. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2017 answer text <p>Figures on levels of personal debt associated with unpaid energy are sourced from the Ofgem report ‘vulnerable consumers in the retail energy market 2017’. Ofgem estimates that in 2016 the proportions of customers in debt for gas by nation were: England: 2.5%, Scotland: 2.7%, and Wales: 2.3%. For electricity the proportions are similar with England: 2.5%, Scotland: 2.5%, and Wales: 2.2%.
