answer text <p>The detailed data from the Civil Service People Survey for each Government Department from 2014-2017 is provided as a table in Annex A. Most Government Departments have seen the proportion of disabled staff who feel they are treated fairly at work increase since 2014.</p><p> </p><p>Each year the proportion of staff with a disability<sup>1</sup> who declared they were treated fairly at work has been in the following ranges:</p><p>2014 - 60% to 81%</p><p>2015 – 61% - 81%</p><p>2016 – 60% - 92%</p><p>2017 - 65% to 84%</p><p> </p><p>1. Survey respondents are classed as having a disability if they answer 'yes' to the question, <em>'Do you have any long-standing physical or mental health condition, illness, impairment or disability?'</em></p> more like this

answer text <p>Through the Public Contract Regulations 2015, public sector buyers must include 30-day payment terms in new public sector contracts; and require that this payment term be passed down the supply chain. Public sector buyers must also publish annually on their payment performance.</p><p> </p><p>Information on prompt payment by prime contractors is not held centrally. However, between 1 November 2016 and 31 October 2017, seven cases of late payment in the supply chain were referred to our Mystery Shopper Service.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government has already made a number of changes to its procurement processes to help SMEs, which includes banning the use of prequalification questionnaires for low value contracts; ensuring opportunities are advertised on Contracts Finder; and requiring the payment of all undisputed invoices in no more than 30 days.</p><p> </p><p>All of the government’s strategic suppliers have now signed up to the Prompt Payment Code, boosting cash flow for SMEs and allowing them to invest in growth.</p><p> </p><p>We have a national Small Business Panel made up of 24 experts who advise government on the barriers which businesses face when trying to supply goods and services to central government. The panel is working on a number of key issues which will contribute to the 33% target by increasing the number of small businesses contracting with government departments.</p><p> </p><p>We will shortly be consulting on new measures to further break down barriers to entry for SMEs.</p><p> </p><p>Finally, SMEs can use the excellent Mystery Shopper service - recently praised to me by the Federation of Small Businesses as 'stonkingly good' - to tell us about the problems and concerns they have in doing business with the whole public sector.</p>

The Cabinet Office Grants Efficiency Function has provided a link to the Charity Commission site to facilitate the accurate inclusion of charity numbers. answer text <p>The Cabinet Office Grants Efficiency Function developed the Government Grants Information system (GGIS) in close collaboration with 360Giving to align GGIS data collection requirements with their recommended standards. Data will be published at scheme level covering the 2017/18 financial year in 2018. It is not currently possible to estimate how many departments will be in a position to publish data to 360Giving Standards in 2018 because full data for 2017/18 has not yet been captured.</p> more like this

answer text <p>No10 do support the provision of childcare facilities for employees. If staff are based in London, they can apply for a place on the Westminster Holiday Playscheme which is provided by a third party. Children aged 4 years 9 months to 12 years are eligible to attend the playscheme, which runs during school holidays. If staff are based outside London and use a playscheme close to their home, the department will help with the cost of using the playscheme as long as the supplier is registered to provide childcare services. The cost of the playscheme is shared between the department and the parent.</p><p> </p><ol><li>Overall expenditure on the playscheme facilities for last financial year 2016/17 totalled £2,828.00</li></ol><p> </p><ol><li>The department contributed an average of £78.56 per child during financial year 16/17, with a total of 27 staff using the facilities.</li></ol> more like this
