class="ministerial"><em>The Government is fighting hard to fix the aspects of our
EU membership that cause so much frustration in the UK - so we get a better deal for
our country and secure our future. We are confident that the right agreement can be
reached.</em></del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Under Sections 6 and 7 of the European
Union Referendum Act 2015, the Government has a duty to publish information on what
has been agreed by Member States following negotiations on the UK’s request for reforms;
the Government’s opinion on what has been agreed; the UK’s rights and obligations
as a member of the EU; and examples of non-EU countries that have other arrangements
with the EU. As stipulated in the Act, this information will be published before the
beginning of the final 10 week period ending with the date of the referendum.</ins></p>
